DALLAS, TX – Dallas, TX - Tonight, radical leftist, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) will address the Democratic National Convention along with her favorite voting buddy (93% of the time, for those keeping score at home) Colin Allred. 32nd Congressional District Republican nominee Genevieve Collins is calling on Congressman Colin Allred to make clear in his “speech” where he stands on AOC’s socialist agenda that, in the words of Bernie Sanders, is now "mainstream" in the Democratic party.

AOC and her squad have passionately pulled the Democratic party far to the left in their promotion of a $15 trillion dollar anti-energy agenda. If the Allred-AOC agenda prevailed, Texas would lose hundreds of thousands of energy jobs and billions of dollars in revenue.

The AOC anti-jobs agenda has nothing in common with the needs of North Texas. She also supports, amongst other troubling policies:

  • The Boycott/Divest/Sanction Movement which seeks to economically and culturally cripple Israel

  • A $93 trillion Green New Deal proposal

  • Raising taxes up to 70% on hardworking Americans

  • Advocated AGAINST 25,000 new, high paying jobs jobs for her own district

“It’s clear where Colin Allred stands – he votes with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez 93% of the time in Washington, D.C.

Time and time again, his voting record fails to put Texas first and he remains silent on the issues that matter most to North Texas families. We can’t let Texas become California or New York,” said Genevieve Collins. “This community doesn’t need representation that enables the radical policies that are now ‘mainstream’ in the Democratic party in Bernie Sanders’ own words. Our community needs independent, honest leadership. In Congress, I’ll deliver just that.”

“Colin Allred should use his platform tonight to make clear where he stands on AOC’s stance on Israel, her $93 trillion Green New Deal, and raising taxes up to 70% on hardworking Americans. It’s what our community deserves, and in Congress you will always know where I stand on policies that would be hurtful to North Texans.”
