GENEVIEVE COLLINS APPLAUDS HISTORIC ISRAEL/UAE PEACE AGREEMENT

DALLAS, TX – Dallas businesswoman and 32nd Congressional District Republican nominee Genevieve Collins released the following statement regarding this morning’s historic announcement that the United States has brokered an agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates that will lead to a full normalization of diplomatic relations between the two states:


“I commend the Administration’s work in bringing these two vital Middle Eastern states to the negotiating table in order to foster peace and prosperity in the Middle East," Collins said.“Today is a historic day for peace, and a reminder of the critical role the United States should play in fostering healthy relations between states all around the world.”


“The first job of the federal government is to keep our citizens safe. This historic agreement does just that, as well as protecting our sacred bond with Israel and promoting our mission of maintaining peace in the Middle East through diplomatic means. In Congress, these are exactly the policies I will fight for every single day.”
